Brau Brothers Brewing Company

Marshall | Lyon County

Brau Brothers first began brewing beer in 1999 with a brewing area smaller than the footprint of a firetruck. Now Brau Brothers offers a brewery, taproom and distributing area in Marshall. With over 24 taps, they take their taproom seriously!  Brau Brothers prides themselves on finding friends in rural places, proudly brewing beers with locally grown hops and barley, nano coffee roasters for beans, and small town distilleries for barrels. Brau Brothers' Annual Hopfest, celebrated the weekend after Labor Day, is one of their many events not to be missed. 

 

In addition to a huge variety of beers, come and enjoy house-made sodas, a full menu featuring burgers and scratch made pizzas, ice cream, pool tables, dart boards, and two full size golf simulators.

Forbidden Barrel Brewing Company

Worthington | Nobles County

Forbidden Barrel Brewing Company opened in 2019 in beautiful downtown Worthington, just one block off Lake Okabena. Supporting local since opening their doors, they brew with locally sourced ingredients when available and offer Minnesota wines and small batch Minnesota spirits. The brewery is family-owned and operated and prides themselves on providing a space where all guests quickly become friends. The taproom offers featured events throughout the year, and the brewery features an event space for private parties.

 

With unique rotating specialty pizzas like their tator tot hotdish pizza, foodies and beer drinkers alike will enjoy a trip (or two) to Forbidden Barrel.

Grandview Valley Winery

Grandview Valley Winery is a family-owned winery that opened in 2012. The winery and vineyard sit on land that has been in the family for over four generations. Their 7.5 acre vineyard is nestled in the Minnesota River Valley, with breathtaking views of rolling hills that provide year-round beauty. Their wines are made from 100% Minnesota grown grapes. Rivendell at Grandview, a new feature at the winery, is a  high end 21+ cocktail lounge located in a separate building at the winery.

Grandview Valley Winery is well known not only for their wine, but also their made from scratch pizza and the scenery of the Minnesota River Valley.  With local craft beers featured also featured on the menu, and ambiance galore, Grandview Valley Winery and Rivendell at Grandview is a destination not to be missed.
